The Ides of March, once a spring festival, took on a new meaning when Roman "dictator-for-life" Julius Caesar was assassinated. He was attacked by a group of group of knife-weilding Roman senators. Among the assassins was Caesar's protégé and friend, Marcus Brutus. Et tu, Brutus?
