May 14, 2015

Welcome to the New Thursday 13! Hope you are doing great and not in the path of tornadoes.

No rules, just write 13 things. We don't care if its a list, a mind rambling, or a rumbling rant. Go for it!

Please think about the folks in Nepal who this week again suffered another major earthquake. Gaia is not happy!

Looking skyward, though, I find this interesting fact to offer:

On May 14, 1973, the United States launched Skylab, the first Space Station. Skylab orbited the earth from 1973 until 1979, when it re-entered the Earth's atmosphere in a fiery blaze somewhere near Western Australia. During its short life, it was used for numerous scientific experiments.

And here's Mr. Linky! Thanks for joining us in Thursday 13!
