June 22, 2017

Welcome Summer, and welcome Thursday 13 players.

Check out the sales! The stores will have their cold weather clothes out in another week. Ha.

Thursday 13 is the place where the meme addicts join together to make a list of 13 things.

We don't care what you list. Show us photos, the books you're reading, the places you've been, the stuff close to your heart. The great thing about this meme is we ask no questions but if you want to tell 13 lies, go right ahead! If you need an idea, check out the topics list at the top of the blog.

Sign up with Mr. Linky after Today's Fact so we can visit you.
Today's Fact

On June 22, 1969 Cleveland, Ohio's polluted river caught fire. The blaze spurred change after a reporter witnessed an oil slick burning near a steel mill on the Cuyahoga River. The resulting feature in Time magazine, despite using images from a previous fire on the river, turned out to be instrumental in furthering the growing environmental movement in the US.

And here's Mr. Linky!
