May 21, 2015

Welcome to the New Thursday 13! Hope you're doing great and having a wonderful week.

We look forward to reading your entries. Thank you so much for joining in!

Here are two fun aviation facts:

On May 21, 1927, Charles Lindbergh landed in Paris, completing the first nonstop trans-Atlantic flight.

Five years later, on May 21, 1932, Amelia Earhart became the first woman to make a solo air crossing of the Atlantic Ocean, from Newfoundland to Ireland.

And here's Mr. Linky!
